Thomas founded The Look in 2007, after leaving MPC where he was a colourist for four years. He is the company's Senior Colourist and CEO. Thomas is recognised as one of the world's leading colourists, his award-winning work includes recent productions 'Fleabag' (BBC/Amazon), 'Sex Education' (Netflix), 'Top Boy' (Netflix/C4) & 'Gangs of London' (Sky). He also has a long list of credits for feature films and commercials. Thomas' focus is on expert creativity, innovation across post production & client experience and being a trusted advisor to this industry's top creatives and producers.

Dan has been The Look's Senior Post Producer for ten years. His focus is on client experience, supporting them from prep, shooting, and through to final delivery. With excellent technical and logistical experience across onset, grading, finishing & VFX, he is able to gently steer a project to successful completion. Recognised as an industry expert he is a confidant of many leading drama and feature producers. Dan has helped dozens of producers deliver world class projects with collaborations across the industry.

Mark is The Look's Chief Technology Officer and the company's Senior Online Editor. He leads the company's technical innovation strategy for client servicing and deliveries to broadcasters. He has also onlined dozens of features and television dramas at The Look for over ten years. He works closely with The Look's regular clients and technically supervises major projects going through the company.

Sophie has worked in post production for nearly a decade. Formerly with BBC Post Production, she joined The Look in 2016 to manage the facility's bookings team and support our clients through their journey with us. Sophie has excellent client skills and is highly organised. She works closely with Dan & Barney and the members of the Control Room team ensuring smooth communication throughout the facility and to our clients.

Tom or TB as we call him, joined The Look in 2014 and has quickly established himself as a leading online editor. He has an excellent eye for detail and a thorough approach to his work, combined with a good understanding of the technical aspects of the post production process. His credits include 'Fleabag', 'Gangs of London, 'Cobra' & 'Gunpowder'.

Grace joined The Look in 2016, having previously completed work experience at the facility in 2014. Grace is now handling HDR grades with clients, and final trims for HDR to SDR conversions. She also supervises the colour pipeline for complex ACES projects from on-set through to delivery.

After studying his degree in journalism Barney dipped into creative writing, turning his hand to directing his own short films. After doing work experience with us in 2016 he was keen to work in post production, meeting some of the exciting people that come through our door. Barney has a confident and calm manner and now produces major projects going through the facility such as 'Top Boy' and 'Sex Education'.

Katie joined The Look after two years working at The Farm. She brings with her a great understanding of the asset management of large scale facilities as well as a calm and friendly persona. She is working on the bookings team, alongside Alex, helping to co-ordinate our client's post production.

Ollie joined The Look in 2017 as a graduate of Ravensbourne's Film and Television course. He's supervising the Control Room and ensuring the highest standards across ingest and delivery and simultaneously started his journey with the colour grading team at The Look handling trims and first pass grades.

Alex joined The Look in May 2018 after graduating from Nottingham University with a degree in Film and Television studies. He is working on the bookings team alongside Katie helping co-ordinate post production for our clients. He has co-ordinated series such as 'Gangs of London' and 'Two weeks to live'.
Tom joined The Look in June 2018 having studied BA Film at Newport Film School. Tom heads up our Cardiff office, and works closely with the Control Room team in London. As the Cardiff operation ramps up, Tom is our client's first point of contact at the facility. Tom has already developed his online and finishing skills after handling countless conforms and deliveries.

Sam joined The Look in August 2019 after graduating from Ravensbourne. Sam stood out with his excellent grading showreel and understanding of HDR and SDR workflows. Sam joins fellow alumni Ollie in the Control Room, facilitating conforms, VFX and prep for online and grading.

Lloyd originally joined The Look on a Sgil Cymru one year apprenticeship in 2019, and quickly impressed us with his strong work ethic and relaxed and friendly demeanour. Lloyd handles a lot of the data coming in to both the Cardiff and London facility. Lloyd has also developed automation tools for the company having learnt Python scripting in his spare time.

Sama originally joined The Look on a one year placement while studying for her film degree at Surrey University. We were so impressed with her ability to work well in the team and often under pressure it was a no-brainer to ask her to stay! Sama now handles the conforms and deliverables on our major film and drama series.

Harry joined us in 2021 on a one year Post Production Technical Operator apprenticeship with London South Bank University. Harry is working closely with our CTO Mark Maltby to support the smooth running of the engineering department at The Look.

Ellie joined The Look in April 2021 after graduating with a film degree from the University of South Wales. She joins our team in Cardiff handling the facility's media and bringing her highly organised but also creative eye to the team.
